Herbal and Black teas have been consumed for centuries, whether for enjoyment or as treatment for practically every illness or disease that has ever existed. We recommend teas which are in their whole leaf or whole botanical form and not the "herb dust" which is from the bottom of the tea barrel; it is sold cheaply because the quality is inferior to loose leaf tea.

Whole leaf tea is more flavorful and more beneficial to your body.

INSTRUCTIONS 
To get the most out of the essential properties this tea offers, pour boiling water over 1 teabag, cover and steep for 3-5 minutes for Black, Oolong, Green or White tea and 5-10 minutes for Herbal, Rooibos or Honeybush tea.

Add raw honey or stevia for desired sweetness, enjoy!
