We recommend using teas which are in loose leaf form or in their whole botanical form and not the "herb dust" which is from the bottom of the tea barrel; it is sold cheaply because the quality is inferior to loose leaf tea.


INSTRUCTIONS
To get the most out of the essential properties this tea offers, pour boiling water over 1 tea infuser filled with 1-2 tsp of tea, Cover and steep for 3 minutes. Add raw honey or stevia for desired sweetness, enjoy!
